Sharks have been navigating the world's oceans for millions of years, and megalodon was one of the first. This massive shark, now extinct, is thought to reach lengths of over 30 metres, although the general consensus is that most were more like 16 metres (52+ feet). Their teeth were equally impressive, with lengths over 19 cms (7+ inches). This little print depicts a black pen drawing of an actual megalodon tooth fossil, with a small depiction of what megalodon may have looked like on top, and notations about the sizing of each. Perfect to frame for a kid (or adult!) who loves sharks, dinosaurs, and/or fossils.
